Prices and Availability 

This country house consists of two separate houses: the main house and the guesthouse. For groups of 6 or more adult guests, the guesthouse is included. The entire property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Payment & Cancellation

• Each booking order is confirmed by means of a reservation confirmation and a signed rental agreement.

• PAYMENTS : 

  • A deposit of 50% of the rental price must be paid directly to confirm a booking and must be paid within 5 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation.
  • The remaining balance (final payment) must be paid no longer than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
  • A separate rental damage deposit of 300 euro needs to be paid with the final payment. The damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after checkout.
  • The fee for the final cleaning (250 euro) is not included in the rental price and must be paid with the final payment.
  • The tourist taxes (5 euro/person/stay) is not included in the rental price and must be paid with the final payment.

  • When the reservation is made less than 2 months before the stay, all payments must be made simultaneously.

  
  

• 60/30-day cancellation policy

  Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in for a full refund. Guests are eligible for a 50% refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in. There is no refund for cancellations of less than 30 days.

  We therefore recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.
